clean room helpful staff comfortable seat
The room was clean and tidy. Staff were helpful and the location was close to the shops. The accessible bathroom in my room was great. It featured a wet room shower with a comfortable seat.
There WAS a humming noise in the room all night.

Acceptable stay, but some issues
cold chicken wrap forced staff
The location was convenient, near many sites.
The chicken wrap I ordered was only half warm. The other half was cold. I spent the evening feeling unwell. Staff constantly came over, clearing cups before we had finished pouring tea. This felt very FORCED. the food wasn't amazing at all.

room 419 had a very noisy heating system right outside the window. i found it difficult to sleep. i thought it should have been mentioned when i booked.

friendly staff sizable room secure parking
The staff were very friendly. The room was sizable. The breakfast offered tasty options. I received complimentary chocolates for a birthday, a lovely surprise. I did appreciate the attentive service. The secure parking added to the convenience, so I felt at ease with my car.
The area around the hotel seemed quiet, however I did notice some noise during one night that disrupted sleep slightly.

helpful charlie great location clean room
charlie at check-in was super helpful and pleasant. the hotel is in a great location, only a short walk to the city center. the room was spacious and very clean, i loved it.
i couldn't book dinner in the dining room, even as a hotel guest. the bar was very full and noisy. that continued quite late.
