The location was convenient, near many sites.
The chicken wrap I ordered was only half warm. The other half was cold. I spent the evening feeling unwell. Staff constantly came over, clearing cups before we had finished pouring tea. This felt very FORCED. the food wasn't amazing at all.

The staff were very friendly. The room was sizable. The breakfast offered tasty options. I received complimentary chocolates for a birthday, a lovely surprise. I did appreciate the attentive service. The secure parking added to the convenience, so I felt at ease with my car.
The area around the hotel seemed quiet, however I did notice some noise during one night that disrupted sleep slightly.

charlie at check-in was super helpful and pleasant. the hotel is in a great location, only a short walk to the city center. the room was spacious and very clean, i loved it.
i couldn't book dinner in the dining room, even as a hotel guest. the bar was very full and noisy. that continued quite late.
